The approximately 30 acre Greenfield site in the Cameron Industrial Park is made up of a 26.18 Acre site with BNSF rail frontage and a 3.7 acre site with frontage on Industrial Blvd.

The Industrial Park is located within the City's Enterprise Zone and Reinvestment Zone. Services to the park include City water (12" line), sewer (6" line), Oncor utilities including accessible 3 phase power and an Atmos Energy 3" gas line.
