Traffic Counts
Published TxDot traffic count indicated 8,900 vehicles per day pass in front of the park. However, Bob Colwell, public transportation officer for the Bryan District, estimated that 2006 traffic counts were approximately 13,100 vehicles per day and by 2026, to 20,100 vehicles per day. Those numbers represent a sizable prospective customer base for any commercial or retail business locating in Cameron Business Park. The most up-to-date TX Dot traffic counts are available here.
