While the Temple College main campus is approximately 30 minutes from Cameron, Cameron is home to its own Temple College campus at 804 East 1st Street, Cameron, Texas.

Temple College offers one and two year Certificates of Completion, Enhanced Skills Certificates, and two-year Associate of Arts and Associate of Applied Science Degrees. Certificates and the Associate of Applied Science Degree are primarily intended for students who want to complete technical or Allied Health training at Temple College and then enter the workforce. The Associate of Arts Degree is primarily intended for students who want to complete their "Core Curriculum" requirements and then transfer to a senior college or university.
